Tyson Walker: A-
Speaking of Tyson Walker, he was an absolute dog at the end of the game.
Walker was struggling to find his shot for most of the game and then he redeemed himself in the final minutes and in overtime. He hit a big three to tie the game up late and then lobbed some perfect alley-oops to Mady Sissoko to put the game away.
The Northeastern transfer finished with 14 points and six assists and he played well with AJ Hoggard on the bench getting some treatment for an injury.
You have to give it up to Walker for stepping up and not hesitating on his shots late in the game after struggling early. Shooters shoot and he did just that to help Michigan State win this one.
And his lobs to Sissoko and pass to Malik Hall to send the game to double-overtime were clutch.
Clutch is the one word that defined Walker’s game on Tuesday.
