2. Jayden Reed is that dude
Is there anyone who has come to life more than Jayden Reed over the past two weeks?
After starting the season less than 100 percent, Reed was shaky against Western Michigan and Akron and then suffered an injury against the Zips and missed the Washington game. He then looked shaky against Minnesota before slowly getting back to normal against Maryland and Ohio State.
Reed was fantastic all game long and made clutch catch after clutch catch. He finished with a game-high nine catches for 117 yards and a touchdown.
Not only did he look like the best offensive player on the field at the receiver position, but he made one of the most exciting plays of the game, throwing a touchdown pass to Keon Coleman to kick off the first Spartan drive in overtime. He was as clutch as you can be.
Michigan State looks like a much different team when Reed is healthy and you saw that on Saturday night.
