1. Those receivers against MSU’s secondary

Remember what happened last year against Ohio State? Trust me, I’m trying to forget, too, but these players have to take this matchup personally. Ohio State was up by four touchdowns in the blink of an eye and ended up winning the game 56-7. And a lot of that scoring was through the air.

CJ Stroud was able to carve up the defense and the Buckeyes embarrassed the Spartans on national TV in what was supposed to be a heck of a top-10 matchup in Columbus.

The secondary is a little different than it was last year but it hasn’t been any more successful. These guys have given up a couple of career games already this year and Taulia Tagovailoa just looked like Patrick Mahomes on Saturday. I’m very concerned about them going up against these elite Ohio State wideouts.

Something about watching Ameer Speed go up against Emeka Egbuka or Marvin Harrison Jr. doesn’t exactly sit well with me.

I hope I’m wrong. I hope we’re all wrong.
