2. Michigan State football has a serious advantage in the run game

Michigan State has been one of the best running teams in college football this season, rushing for nearly 230 yards per game on the ground. The additions of Jalen Berger and Jarek Broussard have been nothing short of a godsend for the Spartans.

Berger has over 200 yards on the ground this season and Broussard is just over 130. They have been dubbed the “Killer Bs” by fans and they look like perfect replacements for Kenneth Walker III.

Washington’s defense is going to have its hands full on Saturday.

In fact, the Huskies allow about 150 yards per game on the ground which isn’t terrible but considering they’ve played just Kent State and Portland State, that’s not good enough. Michigan State has a better line and run game than both of those teams and Michigan State should take full advantage.

The Spartans have a serious advantage in the run game against Washington’s run defense.
