Honestly, I’m still not sure what to think of Enow Etta’s recruitment. Is he truly a heavy Michigan lean or is he just playing his cards extremely close to his chest?

There was a leaked text message a couple of weeks ago that hinted at him committing to Michigan on July 1 but it seems as if he’s backed off that timeline and potentially even his decision to pick the Wolverines over the Spartans.

In June, he released a top four of Michigan, Michigan State, Stanford, and Alabama with a commitment coming “soon” according to the graphic. It could happen at any time and it could be either Michigan or Michigan State and it really comes down to a coin flip.

The crystal balls of 247Sports favor Michigan but they’re all low confidence levels and no one really has a grasp on what is going to happen here with the top-100 defensive lineman.

Michigan State has made its case, but is it enough?

Etta is ranked the No. 58 overall recruit and eighth-best defensive lineman in the class.
