Michigan State Football: 3 official visitors who could commit after June 3 weekend
Michigan State football is hosting a number of elite recruits over the weekend of June 3 and these are the three who I believe could commit.
Michigan State football kicked off official visit season on Friday, June 3, and a number of top targets made their way to East Lansing for what is sure to be a memorable weekend.
The Spartans may see a number of prospects commit after a huge weekend. But which recruits could be the next to commit this weekend thanks to Mel Tucker’s elite recruiting?
Here’s who could commit on the official visit weekend of June 3.
Although he’s not the highest-rated recruit on the board, Demitrius Bell is a late-riser and he looks to be one of the better athletes who Michigan State is currently recruiting.
The Tennessee-native isn’t ranked on the composite, but he’s listed as a three-star and the No. 50 athlete in the country. He looks like a solid receiver prospect, standing 6-foot-1 and 165 pounds. He is one of very few receivers who the Spartans are looking at in the class.
Bell’s recruitment has heated up lately as he’s picked up offers from Tennessee, Kentucky, and South Carolina over the past three weeks. Michigan State is acting quickly to get him to commit and they’re working hard as the only team to get an official visit scheduled thus far.
Expect Bell to get even more recognition as a borderline four-star prospect in the coming months even if he does commit to Michigan State after this weekend.
