I’ve been predicting an Enow Etta commitment for quite some time, but I really feel like the month of June will be the one. And if it’s not, you just know I’ll keep predicting a commitment from him every single month until it actually happens, and then you can call me a genius.

If it never happens, well, it wasn’t my fault.

Etta is one of the top defensive line prospects in the country, ranking No. 8 at the position, according to 247Sports, and No. 58 overall. I’ve felt like he has been a Spartan for a while because he seems to like what Brandon Jordan and Marco Coleman bring to the table and also because I’m not sure Andrew Depaepe will let him commit anywhere else.

In fact, Depaepe and Etta are taking official visits on the same weekend of June 10 which should help the Spartans as their No. 1 player recruiter will be in town.

Mel Tucker did all the work here to make sure guys like Etta go green by hiring Jordan and Coleman and I’d be shocked if he ended up anywhere else. He has officials scheduled to Michigan and Stanford after Michigan State, but I like the Spartans’ chances.
