Michigan State Football: Early look at top 2023 NFL Draft prospects
At one time, Khris Bogle was one of the top defensive end recruits in the country. He was ranked in the top 100 in the 2019 class and was the third-best weakside defensive end prospect, per the 247Sports Composite.
After spending three years at Florida, Bogle is now in East Lansing to close out his career and he’s projected to start for the Spartans, filling the vacancy left by Jacub Panasiuk.
There’s a reason Billy Napier was hoping to sway him to stay at Florida in 2022 and that’s because he can be a disruptive force off the edge. In fact, over three years, he had 67 total tackles, 10 tackles for loss, and seven sacks in 25 career games and he didn’t even play up to his potential. He could be a huge breakout performer in 2022.
I could see Brandon Jordan having a huge effect on Bogle because he already has a solid frame at 6-4 and 245 pounds and the athleticism.
With a breakout season, Bogle could be a mid-round selection off the edge.
