1. MSU wins, holds Maryland under 65 points

Beating Maryland isn’t all that bold of a prediction, but when you consider how poor Michigan State has been in rematches this season, it is.

Michigan State is 1-4 in rematches this season with a lone win coming on a buzzer-beater by Joey Hauser to beat a hapless Minnesota team. Other than that, the Spartans have lost to Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, and Northwestern in rematches this season (three of those games have come at home). This is a chance to flip the script and dominate a rematch after winning the first.

Also, the defense has been abysmal over the past few weeks, holding zero teams under 65 points over the past five games. The Spartans will hold their first team under 65 since keeping Penn State at 62 in a heart-breaking four-point loss.

The defense will step up and hold the Terrapins to 61 points in a double-digit home win to end the regular season on a high note.

The senior will step up, Tyson Walker will look for his own shot and Max Christie will get back on track. This will be a feel-good win for the Spartans.
