Jaron Glover, WR

WR room:

Losing: Jalen Nailor, Ian Stewart, Ricky White, CJ Hayes
Returning: Jayden Reed, Tre Mosley, Montorie Foster, Keon Coleman, Terry Lockett Jr., Christian Fitzpatrick, Cade McDonald, Sebastian Brown
Bringing in: Germie Bernard, Antonio Gates Jr., Tyrell Henry

Jaron Glover (No. 787 nationally, No. 116 WR) faces the same issues as Tyrell Henry. Glover is another talented receiver who could benefit from a redshirt year to learn the offense and bulk up. He is 195 pounds but also has two inches on Henry.

Additionally, Glover will not be practicing with the team until the summer, leaving him further behind the curve. Barring a camp breakout performance, Glover will likely be a scout team contributor for at least the next season.

With his size, he will definitely be a player to watch next offseason and spring game, though.

Prediction

Redshirt. There are too many talented receivers in both his class and Michigan State to think Glover will be a contributor this year. His size makes him intriguing, but this redshirt will also give him more time to break out. His competition, players like Foster, Coleman, Bernard, and Fitzpatrick will all be using another season of eligibility.

I do believe Glover will be a solid contributor in the future for the Spartans, but the Riverview product will have to wait his turn.
