Most intriguing: Jaden Mangham

If there’s a player in this class who I think could rise to stardom in a couple of years when he gets an opportunity, it’s Jaden Mangham.

The four-star athlete from Franklin, Mich., is ranked the No. 297 overall recruit and sixth-best recruit from the state, according to the composite. Mangham is kind of flying under the radar even though he is a four-star recruit, but he’s not getting talked about as much as he should be.

The All-American athlete is projected to play defensive back at Michigan State and he has the look of a long, talented safety. He’s going to learn plenty behind guys like Darius Snow, Angelo Grose, and Xavier Henderson in 2022. He doesn’t need to be ‘the guy’ right away but he’ll be one of the top defensive backs on the roster in 2023.

The future is bright for Mangham and he’s just an all-around elite athlete. I think he’s going to exceed expectations and be a three-year starter for the Spartans.
