1. Turnovers won’t be an issue

Michigan State has struggled with turnovers all season long. They are averaging 14 per game and most of the time it is one awful half followed by a decent half. In the game against Illinois, they had nine turnovers in the first half alone and then they finished the game with 11.

This is how it has gone all season long. In this game against rival Michigan, the Spartans wont have any issues turning the ball over. They will only have four turnovers per half ending with eight total turnovers in the game. Not only will this be a season-low but they will also have an outstanding assist to turnover ratio.

While they are not turning the ball over they will get everyone involved. They will end with 20 assists which will put there assist to turnover ratio at 2.5. That will help all of the Spartans get involved with this beating of the in-state rival Wolverines.

Prediction: Michigan 67, Michigan State 87
