3. The 94-yard touchdown run vs. Rutgers
Up 21-13 midway through the third quarter, Michigan State needed a spark to really help put Rutgers away. Like most games, Kenneth Walker III provided that spark.
With the ball at his own 6-yard-line, Walker took a handoff, burst through the line of scrimmage untouched and then faced a crowd near the 30 which he juked his way out of, racing 70 more yards for an “easy” touchdown which pretty much put that game away.
Oh, and the handshake with Jalen Nailor at the end is iconic.

Walker finished with over 200 yards and that record-breaking touchdown run.
We all knew he was special before this run, but this is when I think we all started to believe that he could be a Heisman contender.
