When you look up “that dude” in the dictionary, there has to be a face of Kiyaunta Goodwin. He is one of the most impressive prospects at any position in the entire class and although he’s currently committed to Kentucky, there’s a strong feeling that he’s going to sign somewhere else on Wednesday.

What makes this even more intriguing is the fact that he was just in East Lansing over the weekend for an official visit and it looked like he enjoyed himself. He even took in a basketball game where the Izzone chanted “We want Goodwin” much to his surprise.

The five-star Kentucky commit is ranked the No. 25 overall recruit in the class as well as the fourth-best offensive tackle. He just has the look of a future NFL starter at left tackle and if he came to Michigan State, he’d be able to play right away with the Spartans in need of solid starters.

Goodwin is massive at 6-foot-8 and 340 pounds and while he towers over just about everyone, he’s explosive and athletic. In the first clip of his senior year HUDL highlights, he is seen running about 80 yards down the field as a lead blocker and keeping up with his running back. That’s not something you see every day but it just goes to show how special he truly is.

Michigan State has made up major ground since he committed to Kentucky this past spring and for some reason, I have a good feeling about him in the green and white.
