2. Tyson Walker finds his footing

Up until now, Tyson Walker has been very quiet in a Spartan uniform. He is only averaging 5.3 points a game and still looking for his old self. At home against the Eagles is where he finds it. He will have a season-high 22 points which will just be the beginning of a great season for Walker.

Walker transferred from Northeastern where he was averaging 10 points his freshmen year and 19 points his sophomore year. What we have seen is a step back from where he was last year. That’s OK, though, because against this lower opponent he looks for his shot early and starts to come out of his Spartan shell.

Walker is a do-it-all guard who loves to find the lane to drive it. He can shoot the deep ball but he also likes to drive and pull up for a mid-range jumper. Against the Eagles, we will see him do all of those things and lead this Spartan team to a dominant win.
