2. Max Christie will lead all scorers

Kansas has its fair share of talented players and potential All-Americans, but I think Michigan State is going to have the top scorer on Tuesday night.

Great players shine when the spotlight hits and I think that’s exactly what Max Christie is. Despite being a freshman, playing in his first regular-season game at the collegiate level, he’s going to put up 20 points and lead all scorers on Tuesday night.

When you think about it, that’s crazy impressive.

Kansas has Remy Martin, David McCormack, Ochai Agbaji, and Christian Braun who all have the potential to lead in the scoring column, but I think Christie is going to have a breakout performance, and really put the college basketball world on notice.

Christie may be looked at to be Michigan State’s best player this season and if that’s the case, he’s going to have to step up when the pressure is the highest and the lights are the brightest. He’ll do that against Kansas and become a household name overnight.
