1. Michigan State keeps Paul Bunyan

Since Jim Harbaugh has taken over in Ann Arbor, Michigan hasn’t lost a single game in East Lansing. In fact, the Wolverines haven’t lost in Spartan Stadium since 2014.

That’s going to change on Saturday afternoon.

The Spartans are underdogs on their own field which is going to play right into that “#disrespekt” narrative and Mel Tucker is already well-versed on this rivalry and he had a quote during his weekly radio show that proved it.

Tucker doesn’t like Michigan and it shows. He knows that his players need to have that same hatred that Mark Dantonio instilled in his teams and he saw last year what can happen when everything falls into place and no one expects you to win. I think Michigan State thrives in the underdog role and wins this one by four.

Michigan is the toughest team Michigan State will see until Ohio State and the Spartans need to come out prepared and coming off a bye, they’ll be just that.

Payton Thorne has a solid game, Kenneth Walker III has a few Heisman moments and Michigan State feeds off the home-field advantage en route to a 24-20 win to keep Paul Bunyan home.
