2. Aaron Henry has huge bounce-back game

This could very well be the last time Aaron Henry dons the green and white in East Lansing and while he probably wishes it was under better circumstances with a raucous crowd cheering him on, he’s going to feed off the energy of the situation. He’s going to rise to the occasion.

Knowing that Michigan State needs one more heroic performance from him to likely reach the NCAA Tournament, he’s going to put the Spartans on his back and have a huge bounce-back.

Against the Wolverines on Thursday night, Henry looked tired. He was missing easy shots he had been making with ease over the previous two weeks and finished 6-for-15 from the floor with 14 points and four turnovers. He did have five rebounds, two blocks, a steal and a thunderous dunk over Isaiah Livers, but he would tell you that he should have been better.

Henry just wasn’t himself.

Sure, he’ll feel the pressure of needing to be near-perfect, but with this likely being his last game at the Breslin Center, he’s going to go out on a high note a-la Cassius Winston.

This is a much different Senior Day than in years past, but Henry is going to have a proper send-off with a huge game and he’ll put the Spartans in a position to win. He’ll finish with 24 points, eight rebounds, four assists, two steals and a block while shooting 9-for-17 from the floor.
