1. Aaron Henry gets at least one triple-double

If there’s one thing I’ve noticed about Aaron Henry this season it’s that he’s arguably the most complete player on the roster. He can rebound, he can pass, he can shoot, he can defend and he can drive to the hoop with ease. Henry has also improved his ball-handling and he’s a much better leader this season now that he has to be.

Henry is one of the best wings in the Big Ten and he’s an elite stat-sheet stuffer. He didn’t need to score much in the opener and yet he still had four rebounds, seven assists, two steals and a block. He only took three shots, but he made a difference in every other aspect.

Against Notre Dame, Henry had 14 points, eight rebounds, four blocks, three assists and a steal. He didn’t shoot well but he quietly led the Spartans in scoring.

It’s not a matter of if Henry gets a triple-double this season, but when. Whenever someone is good at just about everything, there’s always going to be that one game where it all clicks at the same time. That will happen at least once this month.
