Michigan State football is just days away from the 2020 season’s kickoff and there are plenty of question marks. But which position groups provide relief?

In just a couple of days, Michigan State will be taking the field for the first time in the Mel Tucker era, looking to prove just about everyone wrong.

The first game might come against a lowly Rutgers team, but there is no such thing as a sure win anymore, especially with a new coaching staff trying to figure things out. Mel Tucker has plenty of talent to work with in East Lansing, however, and some of the Spartans’ position groups for 2020 stand out above the rest.

Others have major question marks.

On Tuesday, the new head coach admitted that he didn’t have a starting quarterback named yet and wasn’t sure when he would decide on one. That brought a lot of anxiety to the fanbase, but we will likely see all three quarterbacks take snaps in the opener.

That quarterback position is arguably the most important on the team but there are other position groups that could carry the Spartans in 2020.

How would you rank Michigan State’s position groups for the 2020 campaign from worst to best?
