3. We finally get a sense of normalcy back

Let’s face it, this year has been anything but normal. It all started with the threat of a World War 3 and then when that passed, COVID-19 took over our lives. Everything changed and it all started with the cancellation of the NCAA Tournament which no one ever thought would happen.

People lost jobs, other people lost their lives and everyone lost that sense of normalcy that we all took for granted.

The return of Michigan State football is going to bring that back. Although the Spartans aren’t projected to be very good this season, having Saturdays feel like Saturdays again will be huge for many fans. People just want to have that familiar thing return to their lives and forget about the outside world even for three hours a week.

Sure, we may complain about football every Saturday if the Spartans truly do struggle, but it’ll be worth it rather than going on social media and reading nothing but politics and arguments over social issues.

We are getting normalcy back, folks.
