1. Script ‘State’ uniforms

I mean, where do I even start with these? Magic wore these during his 1979 national championship. Cassius Winston wore them in the (probable) virtual national championship year. By now, a theme is starting to form.

If the Spartans are wearing neons during their next ‘ship, I might even have to put those on the list.

Jokes aside, this is the definition of an effortlessly clean design. The cursive “State” fits in perfectly to the front of the jersey and feels much less cluttered compared to the normal “Michigan State”. The stripes are a nice break from often overcomplicated designs and gives your eyes a rest when you reach the edge of the uniform, completing this look as the best of all time.

These uniforms look like they’re here to stay, as they’re worn almost as frequently as the normal whites. This design likely won’t ever go away, but we should still cherish them like it’s their last day.
