Another guy who was projected to go on Day 2 before the season began, Raequan Williams looks like he might slip to the fifth round which is a mid-Day 3 pick.

Fortunately for Raequan, he has all the tools to become a successful NFL defensive lineman, starting with his strength and body type. He’s a perfect interior defensive lineman at 6-foot-4 and 308 pounds and despite that size, he’s quicker than people think.

Some draft experts have Williams going as high as the third round, which is could definitely see, but with the way things have trended for Kenny Willekes over the past few months, I could see him dropping to the late-fourth or early-fifth. He has early-Day 2 talent, but teams will see his lack of moves in the trenches as a turn-off.

Williams has the potential to be a dominant force on the interior but he has to prove himself after getting drafted in the middle rounds. He finished his Michigan State career with 157 tackles, 29 tackles for loss and 11.5 sacks.

Projection: Late-fourth, early-fifth round
