No one is surprised that PJ Fleck turned Minnesota into a winner in just a couple of seasons. Tanner Morgan was a revelation for the Golden Gophers last year as they looked like one of the best teams in the Big Ten and had one of the biggest turnarounds in the nation.

Hosting the Golden Gophers riding a five-game losing streak to end the month of October seems like a losing situation for the Spartans, but they need to win this to remain in the hunt for a bowl.

Michigan State comes out firing and shocks the Big Ten with a huge win here over one of the fastest-rising teams in the conference. Mel Tucker gets his first signature win in upset fashion.

Final Score: Minnesota 27, Michigan State 34 (3-6, 2-4)

Every year, Michigan State and Penn State seem to have incredible battles. Over the years, there have been plenty of blowouts, but the 2017-18 games were instant classics.

Will this be more of a 2016 and 2019 finish with a big win by the Nittany Lions or a 2017 and 2018 outcome where the game is decided in the final minute? My bet would be on the latter because the Nittany Lions return so much on offense and Michigan State will still be winless on the road to this point.

No bowl for the green and white.

Final Score: Michigan State 17, Penn State 35 (3-7, 2-5)
