2. Justin Rogers, 4-star DT (Oak Park, Mich.)

When you talk about potential flips, I think the top name that comes to mind has to be Justin Rogers, a four-star defensive tackle from Oak Park, Mich.

Rogers is the No. 1 player in the state of Michigan for the 2020 class and when he initially released his list of top 10 schools earlier this year, Michigan State wasn’t even on it. He committed to Kentucky back in May and has been solid to the Wildcats ever since, but there are rumors that the Spartan coaching staff is working on him relentlessly.

Visits to East Lansing will help the Spartans case and there’s talk that the interest is mutual and serious. If Rogers was to flip his commitment from Kentucky, Michigan State would be the likely destination because he wants to stay close to home.

The 6-foot-2.5, 311-pound recruit is listed as a defensive tackle, but could also play on the offensive line. That versatility makes him a very attractive prospect, but chances are he’ll be staying on the defensive line at the next level.

Rogers is listed as the No. 53 overall prospect and sixth-best defensive tackle in the class, per 247Sports, and he would fill an immediate need with both Mike Panasiuk and Raequan Williams leaving.
