4. Dwayne Haskins will have a big game

This may not be all that bold, but with how well Michigan State’s secondary has played, it would be surprising to see Dwayne Haskins have a huge day. However, he’s played well all season long and that’s not going to change even against the improved Spartan defense.

No, he’s not a threat to run with the ball like JT Barrett was, but he has a better arm with much more accuracy. He’s only been held under 300 yards three times this season and under 250 yards just once — because the Buckeyes didn’t need him to pass the ball a ton against Rutgers.

Michigan State will struggle to slow him down through the air as he’ll surpass the 300-yard mark, becoming the first quarterback to reach that mark against the Spartans since the Northwestern loss about a month ago.

Haskins will finish the game with 325 yards and three touchdowns while the Spartan defense will fare slightly better against the run.

If Ohio State is going to win, it’ll be because of Haskins.
