Feb. 9: vs. Minnesota

Minnesota head coach Richard Pitino continues to try and prove that the Gophers are ready to compete, and compete they do. However, it’s not enough as Xavier Tillman, Kenny Goins and Nick Ward’s physicality are too much for Minnesota to overcome.

Prediction: Victory for MSU (20-4, 11-2)

Feb. 12: at Wisconsin

On a Tuesday night as snow covers the ground outside the Kohl Center, this game as the perfect making for an upset. Wisconsin brings back a lot from last year’s team but Bo Ryan is not coming back to the Badger sidelines and Michigan State finds a way to grind out a win behind Cassius Winston’s triple-double performance.

Prediction: Victory for MSU (21-4, 12-2)

Feb. 17: vs. Ohio State

As the long grueling Big Ten season continues on, the margin of victory becomes smaller and smaller. However, Michigan State almost always comes to play and surprises many as they beat the Buckeyes by 20 points.

Prediction: Victory for MSU (22-4, 13-2)

Feb. 20: vs. Rutgers

The Scarlet Knights try to reclaim the magic they experience in East Lansing to no avail. Michigan State has an off night shooting the ball but wins by seven despite that.

Prediction: Victory for MSU (23-4, 14-2)
