Fast forward three years and the senior is now a captain and he’ll have to assume the role of deep threat, something he’s been known as in spurts throughout his career, but not consistently enough.

Kansas will bring out the best in the senior guard yet again as he’ll hit a few big threes late, including one with under a minute left to give the Spartans the lead for good. He’ll come up clutch and we’ll get to see him fired up — which usually gets the rest of the team going.
