2. Jalen Nailor’s 75-yard game-sealing scamper

It looked as if Michigan State was playing not to lose instead of keeping its foot on the gas pedal in the fourth quarter and it turned a 28-7 lead into a 28-21 tight contest as Indiana kicked off to the Spartans after its second score of the quarter.

With about 3:30 to go in the fourth quarter, the Spartans wanted to rack up first downs and bleed the clock out, but Jalen Nailor had other plans.

The first play of the drive was an end-around to the speedy freshman receiver and he found a crease and took it to the house for a huge 75-yard touchdown run.

This sealed the deal and took the wind out of the Hoosiers’ sails for good. He was able to showcase that speed that everyone was talking about and this was his second big play of the game, following a 16-yard catch and run in the first half where he trucked a defender on his way to the end zone.

It looks like Michigan State has a rising star at receiver in Nailor and we’ve only just seen the beginning of his breakout season.
