  • Big Ten Receiver of the Year (2015)
  • First-Team All-Big Ten (2015)
  • Led Big Ten in receptions (85) and yards (1,258) in 2015
  • Second in MSU history in receptions (165)
  • Seventh in MSU history in receiving yards (2,174)

Good ol’ No. 16 comes in at No. 15 on this list and he was dangerously close to becoming the best receiver in the Mark Dantonio era, but he didn’t truly have a breakout season until he was a junior.

Some would argue that Aaron Burbridge had the best single season of any receiver in the past decade, and that would truly be tough to argue. He made some of the most eye-popping plays and jaw-dropping catches and runs, but his first three years were just too quiet, keeping him out of the top-10.

Burbridge accounted for 364 yards and two touchdowns as a freshman, 194 yards as a sophomore and 358 yards and a touchdown as a junior. His senior year topped all of those and if you combined his first three seasons of receptions, touchdowns and yards, it wouldn’t come close to his final year of production.

The 85 catches for 1,258 yards and seven touchdowns in 2015 was enough to dub him Big Ten Receiver of the Year.

The Michigan-native ranks second in Michigan State history in receptions and seventh in receiving yards. He’s now a member of the San Francisco 49ers.

Burbridge was a human highlight reel.
