People seem to forget a guy like Cam Chambers with Felton Davis III, Darrell Stewart Jr. and Cody White all breaking out in 2017. However, with the departures of Trishton Jackson and Hunter Rison, somewhat surprisingly, Chamber is someone who can step up and become a solid No. 3 option — fighting for targets with Stewart Jr.

Chambers came to Michigan State as a highly-touted receiver from New Jersey and there were high hopes for him at receiver.

Like the linebacker position, Michigan State has been known for developing solid wide outs over the past decade, including two Big Ten Receiver of the Year winners in 2014 (Tony Lippett) and 2015 (Aaron Burbridge).

Expect Chambers to break out a bit during spring ball with more confidence and a bigger opportunity in front of him. He’s the type of player who could excel with more of a focus in the offense.
