2. Miles Bridges drops 30 points

With Cassius Winston dishing 10 assists and protecting the ball well, there has to be a recipient of a good number of his precise passes, and that’s going to be Miles Bridges.

The star sophomore could very well be playing his last game in East Lansing as he passed up the opportunity to head to the NBA after last season to come back and help the Spartans win a national title. He may not have made up his mind just yet — although it seems fairly obvious that he should make the leap — but this game will have the feel of a going away party for Flint-native and projected lottery pick.

Bridges doesn’t think that way, though. He’s a selfless player who only cares about winning and the past two performances against Northwestern and Minnesota are proof of that mindset.

The last time Bridges was in the Breslin Center, he drilled the game-winning 3-pointer against Purdue, finishing with 20 points. He’ll go one step further on Senior Night to send his graduating teammates off on the right note, scoring 30 points and making 11-of-17 shots.

It may be his last game in East Lansing, and if that’s the case, he’ll leave on the right note.
