3. All starters score in double figures

The last time all five starters scored in double figures against an opponent was on Jan. 10 against Rutgers. However, if that game ended in regulation, there would have been just two Spartans who reached the double-digit scoring mark. Yes, Miles Bridges, Cassius Winston and Josh Langford needed the extra five minutes.

They won’t need extra time on Tuesday night to reach the 10-point plateau, though. All five starters will have no problem reaching double figures and it’s going to be thanks to impressive facilitation by Winston and Tum Tum Nairn, coupled with the fact that Iowa is a poor defensive squad.

Michigan State is going to break the 80-point mark as a team and Bridges will lead the scoring attack. He’ll be followed by Nick Ward, Langford, Jaren Jackson Jr. and then Winston.

Offense won’t be at a premium in this one as the Spartans will race out to a 10-point lead early on and hold onto that for most of the game. The scoring will come naturally once again.
