2. Miles Bridges looks like his old self with double-double

Welcome back, Miles Bridges. The college basketball world has missed you. After playing more on the unselfish side for the past few games after returning from a sprained ankle, Bridges will play much more selfish (in a good way) and even get Tom Izzo to flash a smile at the end of the game.

For weeks, Izzo has said that Bridges sometimes plays too unselfishly and he wishes that he would be a little more selfish and take charge. Well, Miles will get the message as Sunday evening might be the start of his run toward greatness during his sophomore campaign.

While Bridges is easily a team-first player, he’s also one of the most talented athletes in college basketball. Sometimes he needs to value his own dominance over being overly unselfish. He’s going to have himself a game on Sunday with his second double-double of the year and his first since the season opener against North Florida.

Bridges will show very little gingerness, if any, on that ankle and he’s going to crash the boards and make an impact on offense with 20 points. Michigan State wins big because Bridges gets back to his old ways and has some fun again.
