3. Miles Bridges scores 30 points

It’ll be a career game for Miles Bridges who puts the team on his back late and scores the Spartans’ last 10 points of the game. He will be who this team turns to, not surprisingly, to score in the clutch and make big shots when needed throughout the game.

Before that, he will have another one of his normal 20-point performances. He wants to put last year’s loss against Duke in the rearview mirror and exact revenge.

That loss to Duke at Cameron Indoor last season was the last game he played for a month as he injured his foot during the contest. He probably looks at this game as a “must-win” and you know this is why he came back to MSU for his sophomore year — to win games like this.

Duke will be able to do little to stop Bridges as he will go off for 30 points while hitting 3-of-5 shots from 3-point range and he will add a couple of electrifying dunks in the process. He has a nifty baseline jumper that worked well in the opener against North Florida, too, that will add to his total.
