Michigan State Football: 2019 pledge Spencer Brown hints at looming commit
Michigan State football could soon land another 2018 or 2019 pledge, according to four-star offensive tackle commit Spencer Brown.
When four-star offensive tackle Spencer Brown committed to Michigan State football’s 2019 class, he vowed to make some waves in the recruiting landscape. He has done his best Messiah deWeaver imitation by helping Mark Dantonio and his staff with the recruitment of other players, and he may be close to adding more.

According to the four-star tackle from Walled Lake (Mich.) Western, the Spartans might just be close to landing some big names in the 2018 and/or 2019 classes.
Brown had a message for Michigan State fans, as noted by Rico Beard who attended his game on Friday night.
After beating Michigan on Saturday in the Big House, the Spartans seemed to win over some recruits. Proving that the program is nowhere near dead and Dantonio can still beat the in-state foe was big for recruiting and could go a long way for some top in-state kids.
Who could this “stay tuned” message be about? There are a number of kids who could be close to committing to Michigan State such as Kalon Gervin (2018), Devontae Dobbs (2019), Julian Barnett (2019) and Jaren Mangham (2019).

Brown is doing a fantastic job showing off on the field for his high school and proving he’s more than deserving of that four-star ranking, but he’s also helping Dantonio out, recruiting-wise. It’s nice to have a leader in each recruiting class.
