Michigan State basketball star Miles Bridges threw down one of the best dunks you’ll see this year at the Moneyball Pro-Am Thursday night.

One of the annual treats of the summer for Michigan State basketball fans happens to be the Moneyball Pro-Am. The annual basketball event goes from June 29 through Aug. 3 with games every Tuesday and Thursday.

Thursday night happened to be the start of the annual event, and it didn’t disappoint. With free admission to the public, it’s the best opportunity for fans to check out some of Michigan State’s brightest stars before the season begins in the fall.

Two stars stood out for the Spartans. One was Nick Ward and, well, the other was obviously Miles Bridges. Ward dropped 50 points for his team, with some help from teammate Cassius Winston, while Bridges led his squad with 33.

No basket during the entire evening was as special as his put-back jam off a blocked layup. Just watch this incredible dunk — there are two dunks total in the highlight.

While his first dunk was almost too good to be true, the second one showcased a little of what he’s been working on this summer: ball-handling. He crossed over and put his defender on skates before finding a clear path to the basket for a loud two points.

It seems as if Bridges and Ward have both lost weight and have been working on their games all summer long. This bodes well for Michigan State’s title chances in 2017-18, but one thing is for certain: Miles is going to dunk — a lot.
