Michigan State recruiting extended an offer to four-star 2019 running back Quavaris Crouch from Charlotte, N.C.

Looking for a replacement for the trio of LJ Scott, Gerald Holmes and Madre London, Michigan State recruiting has been hot on the recruiting trail. The Spartans recently offered one of the nation’s top 2019 running backs in four-star Quavaris Crouch.

More recently, the Spartans made the top 12 for 2018 four-star running back Harold Joiner, who happens to be a top-100 prospect.

Crouch made the announcement of his offer via Twitter over the weekend. He has also been recently offered by Clemson, Alabama, Florida State, Ohio State, Penn State and Notre Dame.

Like Joiner, whom the Spartans made the top 12 for, Crouch is a bigger running back and that’s something the Spartans have been recruiting heavily in recent years, starting with Le’Veon Bell. Crouch stands 6-foot-2 and weighs in at about 225 pounds.

As you can see, he’s a truck of a running back with shifty moves and decent speed in the open field. He can create something out of nothing and is patient behind his blockers. He has excellent field vision and isn’t shy when it comes to contact.
