Former Michigan State football kicker Michael Geiger performed a windmill at his graduation over the weekend.

If you miss everything the 2015 season offered for Michigan State football, you’re not alone. The Spartans won a couple of games thanks to some last-second magic, including a field goal with time expiring against Ohio State to essentially seal a Big Ten Championship berth.

On top of that, there was the Jalen Watts-Jackson touchdown against Michigan and the LJ Scott “reach” to beat Iowa in the title game and send the Spartans to the College Football Playoff.

However, no celebration was more iconic than the Michael Geiger windmill after drilling the field goal against the Buckeyes. He immediately took off toward the opposite end zone with the perfect celebration, eventually getting mobbed by teammates.

Over the weekend, the senior kicker celebrated his graduation in epic fashion. After hearing his name called, he windmilled across the Breslin Center stage. The crowd loved it.

Geiger had an up-and-down career for the Spartans, but his proudest moment was drilling that field goal to beat the Buckeyes, who never offered the Toledo-native. His sophomore and junior years saw him make just 63 percent of his field goal tries, but he ended with a decent 15-for-19 senior campaign. He also made 189-193 PATs during his career.
