Michigan State Basketball: Miles Bridges making announcement Thursday
After a few weeks of waiting, Michigan State basketball fans may finally get some good news regarding Miles Bridges on Thursday.
After football suspensions have left a sour taste in our mouths, there is some positive news coming out of East Lansing — finally. Michigan State basketball star Miles Bridges tweeted out an encouraging sign on Thursday afternoon in the form of a potential major announcement.

In fact, he tweeted out a graphic made by Michigan State athletics that says to meet him at the Spartan Statue on Thursday night at 6 p.m. because he has something to say.

The quote in the tweet is also a good indicator that the news is positive for Michigan State fans. It says, “It’s not about me, it’s about us.”
While that may throw some people off into thinking it may not be an announcement about him, it might be more of a quote that he’s making a decision not for himself, but for the entire team.
Earlier on Thursday, he sent out his daily inspirational tweet, stating that you shouldn’t lose your soul trying to get materialistic things. That, too, is a pretty telling sign that he’s likely announcing his return.
