Not in college anymore? No worries, everyone is welcome to check out Burgerama at The Riv on Thursdays starting at 10:00 a.m.
What exactly is this?
Well, if you like burgers and adult beverages, you will love what The Riv has to offer and it’s something you won’t find anywhere else in East Lansing. Sure, each bar has its own special day to offer a certain something, but nothing draws quite the crowd that Burgerama does.
For $1.50, you can get a burger. For $2.40, you can get burgers and fries and for another $3.50, you can get a pitcher of beer. Everything you need for the price of a meal at McDonald’s — and this tastes much better.
Burgerama at The Riv started at 10 a.m. and students were lined up around the block. How are you celebrating the almost end of finals week?

No, the burgers aren’t world-class, but they’re definitely worth the buck and 50 cents and another 90 cents gets you fries. It’s an unbelievable deal, but don’t forget to line up early because the lines are usually long.
If you ever want to take a Thursday and Friday off work and want to head up to East Lansing for the weekend or if you’re a student and have never taken advantage of this, get to The Riv on Thursday.
