Watching Madre London and L.J. Scott hit the holes hard and put some devastating moves on defenders is something that Spartan fans were hoping to see when the year began after losing Jeremy Langford.

Just watch these three unbelievable plays pulled off by Scott, the true freshman from Ohio:

"For the second time, @MSU_Football RB LJ Scott wins @B1Gfootball Freshman of the Week. http://t.co/SvRWesdzcv — Michigan St. on BTN (@MichiganStOnBTN) October 5, 2015"

Scott was amazing on Saturday, rushing 18 times for 146 yards and two touchdowns on his way to his second Big Ten Freshman of the Week honor of the year. He’s proving to be more than worthy of all the hype prior to the season and some recruiting services even named him the top Heisman contender of anyone from the 2015 class.

London was no slouch, either. He rushed for 97 yards and ran hard as always. He seems to be an absolute workhorse, but doesn’t get the kind of credit Scott receives. Both, though, are two of the best backs in the conference and have eased the transition of life without Langford.
