This is another one that could have been split between two guys, but this time, I am going to give the top game ball to freshman running back L.J. Scott.

Although redshirt freshman back, and starter, Madre London led all rushers with 103 yards on 18 carries Saturday, Scott was the real hero, putting the cherry on top with a 38-yard TD run in the fourth quarter.
"This massive TD run helped @MSU_Football RB LJ Scott take home a share of @B1Gfootball Freshman of the Week. http://t.co/PqGOwVA0ZD — Michigan St. on BTN (@MichiganStOnBTN) September 14, 2015"
Scott’s big run was his second of the night and his first-ever game-clinching TD run in a Spartan uniform — something Jeremy Langford was known for over the last two years.
Fun fact of the day: L.J. Scott has more yards in his first two games in a MSU uniform than Javon Ringer, Larry Caper, Edwin Baker and Jeremy Langford had in theirs — the same can be said for London as well.
The dynamic duo of young running backs for the Spartans present problems for defenses and it could be a historic season for Spartan football if both live up to their potential.
Scott won co-Big Ten Freshman of the Week for his 76-yard, two-touchdown performance against the Ducks in primetime.
