Michigan State football is a dream program for three-star 2018 defensive tackle Dashaun Mallory from Bollingbrook, Ill.

A majority of kids at the high school level know Michigan State football only as a proven winner — outside of the 2016 season. In fact, three-star defensive tackle Dashaun Mallory from Bollingbrook, Ill., even went as far as to say it’s his dream program.

Since he was old enough to remember, the Spartans have been his favorite, and that might not change any time soon. In fact, he received his dream scholarship from MSU at camp last week and that might be the offer that seals the deal in his recruitment.

According to Luke Srodulski of Land of 10, Mallory’s leader happens to be the Spartans, although he’s still considering other programs as well.

"The rising senior standout has no plans to camp at or visit any other schools. He has his dream offer in hand. He’s still considering Iowa State, Syracuse and Toledo, “But Michigan State’s leading it,” he added.…“I’ve always wanted to be a part of that green-and-white culture there,” he said. “I love everything about it.”"

Mallory added that he will be making a decision “a week or two” after July 4. That makes it seem like if he picked any school other than Michigan State, it’d be a complete shock.
