Where will Kirk Cousins land if Atlanta Falcons are done with him?

2. Indianapolis Colts

The Colts have had some poor quarterback play this season from young dual-threat Anthony Richardson. He hasn't lived up to his billing as a first-round draft pick and the Colts may be looking for a guy a little like Joe Flacco to help teach him up and show him the ropes.

Flacco is likely going to be moving on after this season so why not bring in a guy like Kirk Cousins who could start for a year and turn the organization back into a winner?

Indianapolis has some solid young pieces in place like Michael Pittman, Alec Pierce, Josh Downs, Adonai Mitchell, and Jonathan Taylor so it wouldn't be like he'd be joining a massive rebuild. He could carve out a nice end to his career in Indianapolis if all goes as planned.

The Colts may not be "on the verge" of being an elite team, but Cousins could bridge the gap between relying solely on an underperforming young guy in 2025 and letting him sit back and learn for one more season before taking over.
