Recapping all 13 Michigan State basketball players’ performances at Moneyball
12. Jaxon Kohler
Jaxon Kohler has become known as Mr. Moneyball over the years because of how dominant he is in this event. This year was no different.
Kohler led the league with 35.9 points per game and also scored the single most points in one game this summer with 58 points on night seven of Moneyball. He easily would’ve been MVP again this year if Kur Teng and his team didn’t defeat Kohler’s team in the championship game on Thursday.
The biggest question mark surrounding Kohler is if he can get back to his normal self this season. We all know how he missed the first half of last year with a foot injury and never really looked the same when he returned. But now that he has a full offseason to get 100 percent healthy, can he finally showcase his elite post game consistently this season?
If Moneyball was any indication, the answer to that question is a resounding yes.
