Projecting offensive starters for Michigan State football in 2024
Center: Tanner Miller
Next up is probably the easiest selection to make on the offensive line in Tanner Miller.
Miller is an Oregon State transfer who has spent five seasons with the Beavers. He ultimately decided to follow Smith to Michigan State which was one of the more underrated pickups this past offseason for Smith.
Sure his experience plays a huge part in why he’s an automatic starter in my eyes, but his play speaks for itself as well. Last season Miller was named to the All-Pac 12 first team and was even a second team All-American according to ESPN.
He was a full-time starter for Oregon State the last two seasons and actually played all across the line from center to the guard positions. So because of this flexibility, I’m putting him in at center for the upcoming season.
Get used to hearing Miller’s name, because he will be one of the best offensive linemen in the Big Ten this season.
