Predicting the final score of Michigan State football's next 5 games

Michigan State may surprise a lot of people these next five games.

3. at Oregon

If you were hoping for the schedule to get a little easier I have bad news for you, Michigan State is just getting started. After a difficult test against the Buckeyes, Michigan State travels west for a Friday night game at Oregon.

The Ducks will likely be another top 10 team the Spartans have to deal with, and my confidence in this game is less than it is against Ohio State.

Michigan State historically struggles in true road games on the west coast, so combine that with the fact that Oregon has one of the best teams in the country and you have a recipe for disaster.

I did feel somewhat good about this game after the first two weeks of the season because Oregon did not look that great to start their season, but those feelings of confidence quickly vanished after they blew out rival Oregon State this past weekend 49-14 on the road. I unfortunately see a similar outcome here.

Prediction: Oregon wins 41-20
