Michigan State basketball might just be back, folks.

After starting the season 4-5, the Spartans have stormed back to pick up their fourth straight win, this time over an 11-1 Indiana State team that was ranked in the top 50 of the NET which made Saturday's victory a Quad 1 win.

The Spartans stormed back from a five-point deficit in the second half to take a commanding lead and they only held on to win by 12. It was one of the more impressive victories of the season and a second Quad 1 win in the past four games by double figures.

What did we learn from the Spartans' big win on Saturday?

3. Mady Sissoko had his best game of the year

Closing in on the return of Jaxon Kohler, Mady Sissoko had to feel some pressure to step up in order to retain his minutes.

Sissoko led the way, minutes-wise, at center for the Spartans with 24 and he made the most of them, cleaning up on the glass and really giving Michigan State some huge second-chance opportunities in the second half that helped lead to the double-digit win. If not for his huge offensive rebounds, we may be talking about a Spartans loss.

The senior big man from Mali finished with six points (4-of-6 from the free throw line) and 12 rebounds with four of them coming from the offensive glass. He also added a block.

I'd love to see Mady improve defensively with his side-to-side movement without fouling, but he looked vastly improved on Saturday.
