1. We won't see a hangover game

The biggest concern after picking up a 24-point blowout win over the No. 6 team in the country has to be a potential hangover or letdown. The Spartans are known to struggle to piece two really good games in a row, but we're going to see them do just that on Monday.

The Spartans will race out to another early lead and they won't look back -- again.

For a second straight game, Michigan State will lead for 40 minutes and truly control the game on both ends of the floor. The Spartans will jump out to a 10-point lead in the first 10 minutes thanks to some smothering defense and Tyson Walker doing Tyson Walker things and then Jaden Akins will take over and really extend that lead.

I think Oakland is good enough to hang around and be pesky, so we'll see the Golden Grizzlies cut the lead down a bit, but I think Michigan State runs away with this one and fans start slowly climbing off the ledge with the Spartans improving to 6-5 with a slew of winnable games ahead.

Michigan State wins 80-62 and looks good doing it.
